Ginger Cookie Recipe:

3/4 cup shortening

1 egg, fluffy

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 cup molasses

2 1/4 cup flour

2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ginger

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. cloves


Cream Sugar and Shortening.  Add egg. 
Add molasses and the rest of the ingredients. 
Place on a greased pan in round balls.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min
